The Intrepid Phone Intruder (TIPI)

9 A.M. Early in my world.

Sleeping. Not sleeping. Mostly resting. Meditating.
Eyes closed. Thankful. Body completely relaxed and
in harmony with all that is. Yay!

Phone rings. "Dangit!" Loud noise in morning,
not good. Forgot to turn phone off last night.
BUT! Got it on first ring this time. *Whew!*

I listen...

Voice on the other end asks my name in the
form of a question. My voice, annoyed and
groggy, answers in a whisper with a question,

"Yes?"

My friend, The Intrepid Phone Intruder (TIPI),
oblivious to the time or the mounting irritation
in my barely audible voice, asks the dreaded
sleeper interruptus question:

"Did I wake you?"

Thinking to self: She's GOT to be kidding?! Right?

TIPI immediately says "Oh, I'm sorry" and moves
(unbeknownst to her) into an enlightening and evidently
enjoyable conversation with herself.

I stare at ceiling. Eyes close. Dozing in and out. Offering
the occasional "Uh huh", to let her know I'm still there.
Bemused. Wondering how long it would take my friend to
figure out she's basically talking to herself. :D



Oh, I dunno, I think the intermittent snoring would alert her.

Opinion: New Roswell UFO Museum

Roswell never ceases to amaze me in the strangest ways,
and at the same time Roswell doesn't surprise me either.
When you figure that one out, let me know. :D

The following article was dated 10/01/09; I found it while
surfing and HAD! to comment. I'm absolutely verklempt:


Plans unveiled for out of this world museum


"ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - An out of this
world design has been unveiled for the
proposed UFO Museum in Roswell.

Architect E. Kevin Schopfer told a
gathering in Roswell earlier this
week that he wanted to avoid making
the design look like a spaceship. He said they came up with an alien object as opposed to an alien ship.

Schopfer said the museum will be built in phases with an estimated
final price tag of $25 million..."Cont.


What the frak?!

I knew about the possibility of a "new UFO museum", but over
the last few years I hadn't heard anything else about it and
thought the project was dropped. Guess, I need to pay more
attention...on second thought...

What I find fascinating - not just in Roswell, but nationally
and globally - is how folk can find millions of dollars to
build a UFO museum or something similar, when most folks are
struggling to keep their lives PERIOD

Remember: All material becomes immaterial.
I'm reminded of Luke 21:6-36. Nope, you'll have to look it up
and read it for yourself. ;)

Anyway, that's my take on it and ahm stickin' to it!


Well! I guess we know who's not getting
a ride on the mothership!

It's Monday: Whatever.

It's definitely been a spiritually challenging weekend
(and weeks prior), as our planet & it's people continue
to go through birth pains. Praying through all that, I
look up and it's Monday already!

*sigh*

Orange Orb Sighting in Roswell?

I've had two friends/neighbors within a week tell
me they have seen an "huge orange ball" in the night
sky over Roswell.  My friend Joan said she saw the
thing Monday morning (02/22) around 1am hanging in the
northwest sky, and my other friend said she had seen
the same thing about a week or so before, only it was
around 8 or 9 pm, AND! she had also seen "black heli-
copters" at day or two before she saw the orb.

Neither of my two friends are into UFO's or the UFO
phenomenon in any way. There aren't too many folk
around here that I know of that are. Living in Roswell,
as I've said many times before, is vastly different than
what most folk would assume who live outside of Roswell.

However...

In the last year or so, I've had several neighbors tell
me about things they've seen in the night or early morning
skies around Roswell,  and I've just kinda brushed it
off as fun conversation starters. Yes, I've had my own UFO
experiences/encounters/sightings before and after coming
to Roswell. I have my own opinions about the phenomena: I
couldn't care less! BUT! the two recent stories above moved
me enough to see if anyone else had seen this orb thing.

This is just one of several "orange orb" sightings I googled/
found posted on the web . This one was posted at the
New Mexico L.O.W.F.I site:

My opinion about the "orange orb", "black helicopters", and
other possible sightings in Roswell... It's just another day
in paradise. :D


Orange orb? Oh! That's just Grikpft trying out our
new ship. Forgive him, hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.
