MTV VMA's - NOT!

I was fortunate enough - well, that's a matter of opinion I guess -
to see a repeat of the MTV 2006 Video Music Awards at 1 AM this
morning.

Question: What's happened to the music in this country,
and where are the real singers, musicians, & songwriters?!



The were only 2 things I came away with, from that channel surfing
experience: (1) the reaffirmed conviction to never watch MTV
for anything even remotely identifying itself as music,

AND! (2) the knowledge that MTV owes me 2.5 hours of sleep,
including the commercials, which I don't expect to get back, at
least not from them anyway.

I really feel sorry for the 20-somethings out there that buy that crap
and really believe they are getting quality music. Man! Think what
their minds are constantly attacked and brainwashed with on a daily
basis.

I wondered if anyone else out there realized the music that folk are
being brainwashed into accepting is absolute crap, and I found this
