It's Monday: Daylight Savings Time
Oh yeah. It's Monday. Daylight Savings Time (DST)is in effect.
I've never really understood DST, and there is only a couple
things I'd like to say to the geniuses, the powers that be, who
so cleverly decided to keep this little time changing institution
going after WWII (at least I think it was WWII):
First:
Aaaggggggggggggggggggggghhhh!.
Second:
There. That should do it!
Yep. She's back!

4 Celebrations!:
Here we still have to wait till next week before we change from winter time to summer time.
We never had this time change in Switzerland before. From January 1 to December 31, 6 a.m was 6 a.m. And then European countries introduced this time change. What for? we had lived for centuries without it. But then they were nagging Switzerland to join the system. And, as always, my narrow minded country took about 20 years to join the club.
And now it seems that the Europeans are thinking of abolishing the summer/winter time change!
@Worldman:

LOL!!! I never thought of Switzerland as being "narrow minded", but THAT was funny! And DANG IT! those pesky Europeans, always mucking up the works, eh? Thanks. I needed that today.:D
*giggling uncontrollably*
Right on sister!
I had this debate recently with my mom. it got very heated. Firstly it was for the farmers so they didn't have to get up in the dark.. then it was so school kids didn't have to come home from school in the dark... has no one ever thought of getting up later or leaving earlier????????
@ BHB: EXACTLY!!! All I know is Arizona 'ain't participatin', so why should we?! :D
P.S. I just love the word ain't'! Don't you? ;)
