I Find It Deliciously Interesting...

I know. I know. There's a seems to be a lot
of fear (and the possibility of chaos) brewing
regarding a potential swine flu epidemic.

Folks have a legitimate right to be concerned,
for their own and their family's welfare. And,
believe me, I'm not trying to lessen the seriousness
of a potentially deadly situation that seems to
be threatening the whole world,

BUT!

I find it deliciously interesting that one of the stock
market pundits on CNBC TV(4/27/09) and one of the
AP articles pointed out that stocks went up sharply
for three out of four of the pharmaceutical companies
who developed and have stockpiled the anti-viral
medicines Tamiflu and Restylane®, which (as a personal
side note) were supposedly developed to be given
during the big "bird-flu" epidemic).


What? The bird-flu didn't work out as planned?

Doh!
