Don't Mean to Complain But...

IT'S HOT! HUMID & HOT!

...at least it has been for the last few weeks, and the forecast
is the same over for next week or so. Agggggggggggggggh!

Don't get me wrong, [Now] I can honestly say I love the desert,
but this year it has been so humid, we might as well be living
in a dense tropical forest.

I've always been a 'island girl', ocean breezes an' all.
Love the tropics, but Synchronicity's winds (for whatever
reason) steered me into Roswell, NM - this tiny oasis in the
desert. I've finally become acclimated (after 15 years) to
this dry environment. It has NOT been easy.

NOW LOOK WHAT WE'VE GOT! TROPICAL-frickin-THUNDER!

Oh, wait! Now that I think about it, I've been dreaming
of going back to Hawaii to live. In fact, that has been my
driving force since 1990. Sure, there have been obstacles,
major setbacks, sidetracks, etc., but I've constantly had
Hawaii in my mind and heart. I still do.

Ooooh! Mayhaps (Mama) Hawaii has heard my cry and is now
sending her blanket of comfort & love (her weather) to me,
her long lost baby girl. :D

I LOVE IT when a plan comes together!

Photobucket Hey, I believe it. When do we leave?

But then, looking at the picture, I could well imagine that you lay in the hammock, a nice person waves with leaves some freshness on you whilst you are sipping a cool long drink and the heat and humidity will go away letting you drift in a sweet and nice little nap, with the ocean making his soothing sound and lead you to outmost relaxation.
